1. *Return & Exchange Policy (India Only):*

- Eligibility: Items can be returned for a full refund within 15 days of shipment if they are undamaged, unused, and in their original condition. Scratches or damages to diamonds or jewelry will not qualify for a refund.

- Exceptions: Custom-made or made-to-order diamonds and jewelry are non-returnable.
- Geographical Scope: This policy applies only within India; returns from outside India are not accepted.
- Shipping Costs: Customers must bear the shipping and insurance costs for returns.
- Refund Process: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after inspection and approval.


2.⁠ ⁠*Buyback Policy:*
- Buyback is applicable only when purchasing new goods.
- Diamonds will be bought back at a 50% discount of the original purchase price.
- Metal prices will be refunded at 100% when purchasing new goods.
- Valid certification must accompany the item for buyback.


4.⁠ ⁠*International Sales:*
- No return or buyback policy is applicable for international sales.
